Working directly with a qualified designer, AC walks the customer through each design step and material choice for the best possible display. We know framing is highly personal so we take the time to make your investment worth the ages.

Not only does AC use the best materials, we use precision equipment that allows customization at a very advanced level. Multiple mat windows, shapes, and intricate designs are quick and efficient with our computerized cutter. Our pneumatic tools allow for in-house work that just isn’t possible at many other locations.
Johnny Walker is an award winning photographer and owner of Almost Candid Photography & custom framing boutique, in Bremerton, WA (formerly Kingston, WA). His stylistic approach advocates for visual literacy interlaced with story telling, emphasizing geographical and historic context to fine artworks that provides lasting relevance. After many years in global business, public service, retail entrepreneurship and community involvement, he passionately promotes the value of small communities and neighborhoods. Johnny loves photographing sports, live performance, creative sessions, family, senior and portrait sessions, and scenics. He also provides commercial, architectural and event services.

Framing appointment are preferred during usual retail hours, Thursday through Saturday, 11am-4pm… Appointment outside of retail hours are possible; give us a call.
Photography consultation and sessions are by appointment as needed.
